MFA of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with the Ambassador of India

 

 

 

 

On October 18, 2023, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India Manish Prabhat.

 

 

 

 

During the conversation, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral relations in a number of areas of mutual interest.

 

 

 

 

The sides exchanged views on holding joint events, in particular regular meetings of the intergovernmental commission on trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation, as well as a ministerial meeting in the “Central Asia – India” format.

 

 

 

The agenda of the negotiations also included issues of interaction between the two countries within the UN and its specialized agencies, the SCO and other multilateral structures.
